If you have problems logging in to the learning platform, or can’t remember your password, follow these steps to reset your password.

Click on the login link at the top right.

Click on the “Lost your password” text link below the login button.

Enter your email address or username (if you already know it). Then click on the “Get New Password” button.

Go to your email inbox and search for an email coming from “WordPress” with the subject “[Medieval Music Besalú Online] Password Reset”. You might have to search your SPAM/JUNK folder as well
6.
Click on the link in the email text to go to the reset password page on the site.
7.
Enter your new password (or have one generated) and click on the “Reset Password” button.
If you still have problems, contact us to have a new password sent to you.
